Hi, my name is Bex and I am the face behind Shape. I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and have a Masters degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Sciences.

 

I am passionate about and dedicated to helping each and every person I treat. I will always tailor treatments to meet their specific needs to ensure they get the most out of our treatments.

Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy training in the gym & playing netball.
